This is named for the wise "Owl Spirit" in all of us. It is called "Owle" after part of my last name and its true Gaelic pronunciation. In honoring ourselves and looking deeper to the root of a problem or concern, and coming up with the honesty to understand ourselves with compassion, we can do this with others
